Ex-NBA star Lamar Odom announces his engagement to Sabrina Parr

Former NBA star Lamar Odom announced late Monday night that he was engaged to personal trainer Sabrina Parr.
Odom made the announcement on his verified Instagram account, saying: “She the ONE!!!!”
In the announcement, Odom, 40, is seated on a chair at a restaurant, while Parr stands over him, smiling, and showing off a ring on her left hand. Parr, who is 32, according to People.com, began dating Odom in August, when Odom had officially announced their relationship on Instagram. Parr is a personal trainer and life coach.
Parr shared her own video on social media, posting a video that flashed a close-up of the ring on Instagram, with the caption: “I SAID YES!!!!!”

Odom had previously been married to Khloe Kardashian from 2009-16 with the couple divorcing after Odom battled substance abuse issues and admitted to infidelities. In October 2015, Odom was found unresponsive in Las Vegas and was hospitalized.
“I wish I could have been more of a man,” Odom said in May in an interview with People. “It still bothers me to this day. But regret is something we have to learn to live with.”
Odom played 14 seasons in the NBA from 1999-2013 with the Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks.

He was a No. 4 overall selection of the Clippers in the 1999 NBA draft. In his career, he averaged 13.3 points a game, 8.4 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. He won the 2010-11 Sixth Man of the Year Award and was a two-time NBA champion in back-to-back seasons with the Lakers in 2010 and 2011.
